A few articles ago, I had written about finding the right amount of deflection for the rudders on my NAMC Mig-35 and at that time had settled on about 1/2" of travel. I have since been doing some more tweaking on that and have decided that 5/8" of travel seems to give me that extra little bit that I sometimes need, especially if there is a bit of wind.
I have also been experimenting trying to get the aim on my keychain cam from Hobby King sorted out. I also put a slower motor in one of my Mig-35s to slow it down somewhat in an attempt to keep it a little closer to myself for benefit of the video. Although the field of view of the keychain cam is small, the plane does not seem to get washed out or become super small when it is 50 ft away from me like my other camera does.
